- For delivery orders: $100 minimum catering order. 12.5% delivery fee applies up to $500, then 5% for every dollar thereafter.
- We will try to accommodate requests for short notice, however, there’s a special method to slow-smoking award-winning BBQ, so we may require up to 48 hours notice.

You can have your party in a semi-private setting at one of our Smokey Bones locations. If that sounds like a great idea to you, here’s what we need to know:

When should I book my event?
Well, that depends on the type of catering you’d like. You can book up to a year in advance; if you know the date, give us a call. Depending on the order size, we may be able to handle your request the same day, but 2-3 days in advance is appreciated. The more notice we have, the better.
Can I make same day or last minute orders, or changes to my existing orders?
There’s a special method to cooking award-winning BBQ, and that means slow-smoking to perfection. While we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to take your last minute order, we’ll do our best to fulfill your desires. To make changes to your existing order, just give us a call during business hours and provide at least 24 hours notice.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Depending on the size of the order, a deposit may apply, however we will confirm this amount with you once you provide your completed Catering Booking Form.
How do I cancel an order?
For SB To–Go and Catering Delivery, please let us know if you want to cancel 72 hours in advance via email. We will send a confirmation of the cancellation. For parties at our place, a 2–week cancellation notice via email is requested. If you want to cancel within 2 weeks of your event date, we reserve the right to retain your full deposit. Cancellation fees may apply without the timely notice.
Do I need to confirm my order?
It’s important to confirm your order and make sure we have all the information we need to make your party the best it can be. Confirmations will be provided via our Catering Booking Form. Unconfirmed orders will not be guaranteed. We cannot accept changes, cancellations, or confirmations through voicemail.
